“Talking about coming through when my family needed it most. Can’t thank Schneller Air enough. Our furnace went out on New Years Eve night at about 7:00P. After trying to fix it myself, I finally called Schneller at about 11P. Within a few minutes Ryan called me back, gave me the rundown on when we could expect him…which wouldn’t be for a few hours as he was jammed with other emergencies. I was completely good with his timeline and very impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism and the way he communicated. Bottom line … Ryan kept me updated throughout the night on when we could expect him. By morning, the furnace was fixed and my wife and kids woke up to a warm house. “We had Mick Yost and he has been our Schneller Tech for the past 3 years and we couldn’t be happier and we always request him and if he isn’t available we wait if we can for his next availability.I am sure that Schneller has many experienced tech’s but when you find one who is knowledgeable, friendly and knows our equipment inside and out why not stick with the best. If you want a star rating of 1 to 5 with 5 tops Mick is easily a 10 star. Shows up on time works efficiently and yet is personable. We would recommend Schneller and especially Mick Yost.” – Tim M.

“I was referred by a family member to call Schneller for my heating problems. My heating unit was blowing cold air. The receptionist was very friendly and informed me she would have someone call me right away. A gentleman by the name of Eric returned my call. He had provided me information on their procedures and what I should expect. He also told me he was booked for the day, and he was going to try to make it to my home. Eric kept me up to date on his status throughout the day. It was about 10:30 at night and he wanted to come to my house to fix my problem. He was very determined and I respected him for going above and beyond to service his clients. He was very respectful and was walking me through his safety inspections. Eric found the root of my problems very quickly and was able to take care of it the same day. I will definitely recommend anyone to Schneller. “Schneller Plumbing came out to my house twice to help with a thermometer install and to add a drip leg to my furnace. Both techs that came out were professional and courteous and did a great job in a short amount of time. “Called at 4:00 on a Friday and Chad was at the house by 5:00 to auger the inside floor drains. This wasn’t considered an after hours call, the initial plumbing fee was waived as part of the overall service charge. Chad took the time to explain how the backup happened, what was the most likely cause, and gave suggestions for prevention and repair. He was very patient in answering my questions, and was considerate of my home, asking for the back entrance to prevent dragging his auger through the carpeted areas. Great service, great technician, very pleased with my first experience with Schneller. (Called initially because they advertised locally with my church… they are now my 1st choice!)” – Beth W.

“Great service! I called at 10:00 in the morning on a very hot summer day to report an issue with our AC unit. The lady was very helpful on the phone and offered to send a tech out the same afternoon. Within a few hours of the initial call we had our AC working again. Alex was fantastic! “The scheduling agent was super helpful in getting me into the schedule, as well as putting me on a standby list in case of cancellations. I was happy to receive a callback only an hour later from her stating they had an earlier opening. The technician arrived in the time frame promised. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He too the time to listen to me as I explained the issues I was seeing and then quickly went to work on his diagnostics. Mick was able to explain the issue to me and then repair in short time. “Very professional & friendly. Cody pointed out one thing we need to watch, but didn’t pressure us into replacing parts on the spot (which other companies have done). He told us the furnace checked out just fine for now and explained the service contract option (again, no pressure). Arrived on time – early, even – and followed up with an email receipt right away. “We just had our furnace serviced by Alex B. of Schneller Plumbing & Heating and I can’t say enough good about him. We had a problem that appeared a couple of years ago and was serviced by another company who didn’t think having a melted piece was a serious problem. After Alex serviced our air conditioner last spring and noted there was a problem on the furnace, he said he wanted to check it out before we needed to turn the furnace on in the Fall as he was very concerned. So he came yesterday and spent hours working on it and found the problem. Alex is very professional and explained things as he went and answered all of our questions. This is a great company and very trustworthy. We used them last Spring for the first time and signed a contract with them. I think it is comforting to know they do plumbing too in case we are in need of a plumber.” – Susan C.
