Schneller Receives 2016 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics
Schneller Knochelmann Plumbing, Heating & Air is proud to announce that we were recently acknowledged as winners in the 16th Annual BBB Torch Awards for Marketplace Ethics . On October 20th, 2016, the award was presented in the Pavilion Ballroom at JACK Cincinnati Casino. This event was well-attended by local businesses and nonprofit organization.
BBB Center for Ethics hosted the event under their new mission, “to provide ethics education, direction, and recognition to employers and employees of today and tomorrow,” which honors their dedication and passion in all aspects of their work.
“Our winners take great pride in ensuring an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust one another. This honor is earned through an exhaustive self evaluation. The end result is extraordinary recognition from their peers and the community,” said Jocile Ehrlich, President and CEO of BBB.
In addition to a critical self-evaluation of ethical practices and policies, each organization was evaluated by a third-party panel. Winners of the 2016 Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics were praised for their efforts and recognized by peers and the Cincinnati community.
